"The influence of psychology on the behavior of investors or financial analysts depicts financial investments"
Under the banner of Employability Skills Enhancement Programme (ESEP), GIMS, Greater Noida is organising a workshop on " Psychological Biases in Behavioral Finance" on April 5, 2023 for its PGDM 2022-24 batch.
The resource person for the workshop is Prof. Ajay Kumar Varshney, Associate Prof- Finance.
The ESEP intends to focus on the fact that investors are not always rational, have limits to their self-control, and are influenced by their own biases. Behavioral finance views investors as “normal” but being subject to decision-making biases and errors.
