Dr. Meghna completed her Ph.D in Management (human resource management) from Gautam Buddha University. She has an overall experience of 8 years as an Professor of HR, OB & Entrepreneurship in the field of Academics. She has published her research work in many reputed journals and proceedings (ABDC, UGC, Proceeding, book chapters), along with this she has attended and presented research papers in national and international conferences, also awarded by best paper award in International Conference of MICON 2021. She has Contributed as Resource Person in “Management Development Program (MDP).”. Furthermore, she had done MBA ( HR and finance) from BPSMV, Sonipat and Bachelor in commerce degree from M.D.U, Rohtak.
