Under the banner of 'Employability Skill Enhancement Program ( ESEP)', GNIOT Institute of Management Studies (GIMS) , is organizing a workshop on 'Stress Management & Building Resilience' for PGDM Batch 23-25. The resource person for the workshop is Dr. Ruchi Rayat, Professor & Area Chair - OB & HRM.
The workshop is designed to help students channelize their stressful energy into improving test performance. From enhancing memory of material to improving focus and concentration. It will help students focus on what they truly need to learn and lead them away from unnecessary tension. Students will learn behaviors, coping strategies and mindsets that lead to increase resilience against the negative impact of stress.
