SAKSHAM-The Student Welfare Club,GIMS is organizing 'Parichay- Creating your own Road Map to success' for PGDM Ist year students.
The actual building of Road Map to Success and achieving it, is a challenging task for students. Hence, the workshop is designed to help the students to identify their vision, academic & individual goals and mapping then with their core competencies. The students will develop a road map to achieve these goals under the guidance and mentoring of Dr. Ruchi Rayat ( Dean- OSW & Area Chair- OB & HRM).
The assessment of the goals would be done periodically to identify gaps and taking initiatives to bridge the gap for future accomplishment of goals.
