Brief Profile: Prof. Charul Sharma is working as an Assistant Professor at GNIOT Institute of Management and Technology, currently pursuing a doctorate from JIMS, Rohini, and an MBA from BITS, AKTU. She holds a B.Sc. in Biotechnology from ITS College and CCSU. With a PGDM from IMT, Ghaziabad, she possesses five years of teaching experience in management subjects and has conducted tutorials for management students. She has published her research work in an ABDC journal and presented her research paper at national and international conferences. She specializes in Human Resource Management (HRM) and Organizational Behavior (OB). She is also certified in DATABASE TRAINING, IBM PRACTITIONERS BADGE FOR DESIGN THINKING, LUDIFU Student Partner (LSP) Program, LUDIFU WORKSHOP ON POWER BI, and the Organic and Natural Farming certification course organized by the National Centre for Organic and Natural Farming, Ghaziabad. She has delivered lectures at the center and acted as a master trainee. She also worked in corporate at Newgen software technologies and Ananta Resource Management, where she built strong relationships with internal and external candidates to ensure an excellent hiring experience, and with JBM Group.
