Under the banner of ' Performance Improvement Program( PIP) ', a Workshop on 'Understanding Salary Components and Salary Structure Design' is organized by GNIOT Institute of Management Studies, Greater Noida.
The workshop facilitator- Dr. Ruchi Rayat, OB & HRM expert, would provide the information and guidance to ensure that the future HR Leaders acquire the skills to design a salary structure that fits the ever changing needs of the human capital in the organization. They would also learn the know how of salary design that would motivate both baby boomers and millennials.
