The non-Academic resources of any educational institution serve as the backbone to any department, imparting support in all possible ways. GIMS, Greater Noida organized a Staff Development Programme (SDP) on June 22, 2023, aimed to enhance the skills and professional growth of our non - academic support system.
We truly believe and emphasize on being at par with the industry nuances and thus ,the upskilling is of utmost importance. Learning was impeccable and such knowledge bearing SDP will be conducted in future too.
A warm thanks to the resource persons Dr. Shalini Sharma, Associate Professor, Area chair- Communication and Development, Dr. Pradeep Verma, Associate Professor, Area chair- Business Analytics, Prof. Pooja A. Kapoor, Assistant Professor, Coordinator IQAC.
The key elements of SDP were to guide the participants for use of MS Excel and Business Writing including Emails.
